Description
I improvised a way to create the slide out/slide in effect for the text, by adding it inch by inch by the stamp border and using the eraser to remove the text. It came out nicely, so I'm happy. 
It makes me sad when I hear news about someone being bullied, beaten up or worse raped. From the past to present and most likely future, many people young and old have been victims of violence, harassment in different forms and bullying and not solving the issue effectively. Some keep quiet about their harassment or some were afraid to fight back (I've been guilty of that many times in school). I feel if everyone willing to learn to fight back, whether through self-defense or verbally, it can decrease bullying, harassment or assault.
No one should go through life being victimized by some idiot who has way too much on their hands to bother a person they know very little about. Education and training to defend against individuals who seek to cause harm is a wonderful step that should happen worldwide in my opinion. You have to stand up for yourself, you cannot rely on anyone to do it for you.
Plus, if you see someone being harassed, help them by stepping in or getting someone who can. The worst act anyone could do is to look the other way when they see someone getting bullied/assaulted. Speak up for people who can not speak up for themselves. Protect the rights of all who are helpless. Proverbs 31:8 (GNT)

Sadly it's not always the key when the adults can be just bullies too. I don't know how many times I tried standing up for myself in school only to be throne into detention when I didn't really fight, and it gets worse. Some victims of bullying and rape are made to apologize to the one that did that to them. I wish it was as easy as getting an education and defending yourself, but it's not until the adults start helping rather than working against the victims.
